My latest cration: peyote Stitch Beaded Necklace in ice tones. The centerpiece has an embedded Swarosky Crystal and several drop beads. It reminds me of ice crystal.

Rye pasta with fish sauce

Sunday cooking easy, fast and most of all healthy... perhaps I will finally loose those extra pounds?
I am always for easy and tasty receipts.
In a pan rost a bit of garlic, some anchovies paste, add the fish filet and a bit of wine. When the filet of fish is almost ready cut it in little pieces with a wooden spoon, add some pachinos tomatoes cut in litle pieces, a lot of parsley and adjsut in salt and pepper. I love to add a bit of freshly grounded red peppers to give it a spicy kick.
Cook the pasta and when it is almost ready add it to the pan with the fish sauce and cook it for another one or tow minutes.
